Very Harry Potter Christmas

There's several perks to having a husband who's from Florida:

1) He has a great family who makes delicious holiday treats and an ADORABLE niece.

2) The beach. It's, like, right there.

3) THE WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER at Universal Studios AAAAHHHH!!!!!!!

So after spending a few days with the family, we drove to Orlando so I could visit the children's book writers' mecca, Harry Potter World. Unfortunately, about 5,000,000 other people apparently had the same plan. When we paid admission and raced across the park to the wintery gates of Hogsmeade, we were informed it had reached capacity (it was only 9am!) and we had to wait in another line to get tickets to enter much later in the afternoon.

BUT THEN...while cruising past Jurrasic Park World, I happened to spot a top secret very exclusive Harry Potter stand-by line. In 10 minutes, with a little sneakery, we were in!

Oh, the wands. The rides. The chocolate frogs. The BUTTERBEER!
